Modern Grind is looking for honest, professional, genuine, fun/upbeat, sign ambassadors who will engage with passer buyers and get them to try out our amazing new coffee & health drink shop!
We value charities, sports teams, schools, churches, PTOs, clubs, sports teams, Police, Fire, and nonprofits, and look to hire those who enjoy supporting the community too. We are looking for employees who take pride in being great at their job.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to work various shifts including holidays and weekends.
- Hold a sign so passing cars can read it
- Stay at your post the entirety of the shift (standing/walking)
- Be on time
- Wear a plain black shirt or Modern Grind shirt, nice pants/shorts, closed-toed shoes, clean, professional hygiene
